Today I like to share with you my latest layout made with the playful Pebbles Forever My Always collection. I started this layout by trimming down my backgroundpaper from American Crafts 12×12 Smooth White Cardstock. Both, my picture and the embellishments I wanted to orient in the center of my page. When I placed my photo next I started choosing embellishments, there are tons of beautiful pieces in Pebbles Forever My Always collection. I loved the pocket cards in the collection and I wanted to use it as a journaling of my layout. Next to the journaling card I layered some cute Pebbles Forever My Always Die Cuts and Stickers and I scrattered throughout some Pebbles Forever My Always Puffy Heart Stickers. For my title I used Pebbles Forever My Always Phrases Foam Stickers and a strip to balance my page from Pebbles Forever My Always 12×12 From My Heart Paper. Love, P.J.
This layout I have made for Jot Magazine February Challenge , using a super cute collection from Piątek Trzynastego: Cute and Co. First I was afraid a bit because the colors of the mood board seemed too pastel for me, but at the end I really had fun with this page and actualy I am in love with it. Thank you Lauren for the inspiration! Love, P.J.
Challenge time! In February is all about love, I thought I make a mood board to inspire you. My layout is based on an American Crafts 12×12 Smooth white cardstock, wich I decorated with a huge heart cut out from Pebbles Forever My Always collection From My Heart paper. First I decorated my heart with textil strips and than I layered over Pebbles Forever My Always stickers and die cuts around the heart. I dumped some Pebbles Forever My Heart Puffy stickers in some places in order to keep my photo in focus. For the title I used the breathtaking Pebbles Forever My Always Foam Thickers. I love that my daughter loves reading so much, and I love scrapbooking so much! So I made this layout truly just for fun, to participate in Jotmagazine challenge. After having painted the white background, I added the block of the littlte strips of paper as if they were bookmarks. Finally I decorated my layout with hearts and a little black ink. Thank you Anna for the inspiration! Love, P.J.
Today I brought you a 12×12 layout from Pink Paislee Wild Child Collection. I made this picture about my daughter, while she was playing with her uncle as if she were her uncle. Watching this scene I thought to make a layout about “Dreams and Possibilities”. “Possibilities has no limits”, that is why I chose this celestial paper: Pink Paislee, Wild Child Paper 9 and a dreamcatcher cutfile from Paige Taylor Evans. Once I finished to cut out all files with my Silhouette Cameo3, I started to design my page. This time I started to palce my dreamcather and then I added my photo. To complete my layout I decorated the dreamcather with Pink Paisley Ephemera Boy Cut Outs. Love, P.J.
I like to show you my first travel journal, or something similar… I prepared my travel journal in a notebook that I bought in England, but in the webshop you can choose between several beautiful travel journals. To create my journal I have chosen My Mind’s Eye Joyful collection, because it’s versatility. The black and white, with gold design is not only highlights the festive ocassions but is perfect to accompany the daily moments as well. I wanted to keep my journal very simple, so I decided to have the structure: one photo, one My Mind’s Eye Journal Card, and so on. To complete my work I could not resist using My Mind’s Eye Joyful, 6×12 Stickers and My Mind’s Eye Joyful Diecuts. I show you my favorite pages: Love, P.J.
For this scrapbook layout using the irresistible Wild Child collection from Pink Paislee. The layout was inspired by the Hungarian Christmas candy: szaloncukor. I started my layout by trimming down an 8,5 x 11 inch background paper from American Crafts White Cardstock. Next I chose Pink Paislee Wild Child 12×12 Paper 8 and I trimmed a piece of it. I cut the strips following the design of Pink Paislee Wild Child 12×12 Paper 8 and I curled them up. I glued down the designer paper on the top of my background without sticking the strips. After finding the right place of my photo, I cut out the title with my new Cameo 3 (wohooo!), and placed them above the Pink Paislee Wild Child 12×12 Paper 8. I made some tinsels from gold string to get a more fluffy, Christmas candy look, and I put them under some paper strip. Finally I created a long embellishment using Pink Paislee Wild Child Ephemera Pack, My Mind´s Eye Blush Enamel Dots and some ribbons I have left. To balance the page I added a strip of Pink Paislee Wild Child Ephemeras on …
Today I brought two simple and super fast projects. Who does not like cakes? If you fill a box with your homemade cookies, you will gladden the heart of your friend surely. The way to prepare the box is very simple, you will need a paper plate that you have to bend and cut as you see in the image above. Then tie it with a nice ribbon and decorate with My Minds Eye, Joyful Collection Die Cuts. Stickers or Chipboards. My other gift is a Christmas bulb. I like to receive decorations for the Christmas tree, because they remind me of the person from whom I received them. I filled the bulb with My Minds Eye, Joyful Collection Die Cuts and with some cute things and as a final touch I added a bow. Love P.J.
This year I decided to make a Project Life type December Daily, even so I like to show you some tricks, how to make your album more versatile. As the basis of the DD I used Becky Higgins, Project Life 6×8 Black Pattern album, Becky Higgins, Project Life 6×6 Big Envelope, Becky Higgins, Project Life 8,5×11 Page Protector, Becky Higgins, Project Life Design2 és Design3 pockets. To get an integrated look is always a good idea to use one particular collection, this time I chose American Crafts, Sweater Wheater collection. I also precut the numbers of the dates in order to unify the album. Those who know me know that I adore outstanding elements, so I created an interactive layout using American Crafts, Sweater Weather Ephemera. Although all type of page protectors are available, sometimes is good to play with different forms. I cut off a strip of pockets from Becky Higgins, Project Life Panoramic Page Protector and I decorated it with American Crafts Sweater Weather Ephemera and Stickers. I love to use different type of materials and I think with this collection jeans fits very well, so I made …
It is already tradition in our home that the kiddoes have a small Christmas tree in their room in this season. Why not use it as an advent calendar, where the days of the calendar are the ornaments? The process is very easy, you can really do it in an hour. First I painted 24 boxes of matches on white. After the painting was dry I started decorating with American Crafts Sweater Weather Stickers, American Crafts Sweater Weather Ephemera Pack and American Crafts Sweater Joyous Alpha Thickers. These are my favorites: I think the trick of this type of projects is no to owerthink, just go with the flow and enjoy creating. Every piece of this collection is very cute and color-coordinated, so it is very easy to work with them. As a last step, when the boxes were ready, I placed them on the Christmas tree. Love, P.J.
