I am not a great Halloween fun because it has no tradition in my country. But if my daughter was invited to a Halloween party, I took the opportunity to order from the Crate Paper – Hey, Pumpkin collection. I have to admit, that the design it is very cute. I only ordered three papers (Treats Please, Happy Haunting and Pumpin Spice) and the Sticker Book. Once I decided the base of my layout, I fussy cutted some elements and the the little fellows from the other papers to decorate my page. I needed something white to soften a bit the dominance of orange, gray and black, so I added a spider thread as a background of my photo. The design I found in the Silhouette websore. The title I cut out with my Cameo too. As a final step I added as many stickers as I could and, some white threads to create a messy effect. Love, P.J.
Today I like to share with you my new scrapbook layout I made with the awesome Crate Paper – Maggie Holmes Carousel collection for Pink and Paper Shop. We have a really fun summer with my kiddos and this collection is perfect for document happy moments. I started this layout by trimming down my background paper, then I stenciled the white cardstock with Heidi Swapp Dream Art Screens using light molding paste. I was sure that I will use the cute little pom – poms from the Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Carousel Small Embellishment Mix, as well as the Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Carousel 12×12 Chipboard Stickers, so I gathered all the embellishments to decorate my layout. I rowed the pom-poms on a floss and I placed them on my scrapbook page, after I added a tons of embellishments with them I fixed the twine. Once it was done, I jumped to the bottom of my layout adding more black embellishments from Carousel Epehemera pack to create balance in the design. Finally I placed my title . I skipped the journaling this time …
“Hordó” means barrel in Hungarian, and this is the most beloved, and at the same time, the most fearful toy of my children in the park. I would like to make a very clean, very airy page. Looking for cutfiles I found this background from The Cut Shoppe. I loved the tone-on-tone effect, the white die-cuts on the white paper, but I decided to add some color to my layout. I layered several clouds whith these delicate pastel color papers from Felicity Jane Studio. I love how beautifully coordinated the papers are in this 6×6 FJ Favorites Collection. To conclude my page I added some bits and pieces also from Felicity Jane Studio, Crate Paper and Pink Paislee. It was fun to play with these cute clouds and beautiful papers, I couldn’t be happier with the way this layout turned out! With this layout I participate in InTheScrap “Minimalismo” Challenge. Love, P.J.
When I saw this month Jot Magazine Mood Board, I was in love! Have been wanting to use this floral printed textil on a layout, and now it seemed like the time has come, as it makes a good match for the mood board colours and with my photo. To embellish I have used Maggie Holmes Chasing Dreams chipboards and Felicity Jane Studio papers and stamps. For the finishing touches I added some white feather and a beads to get a more girly look. Love, P.J.
In march I designed two layout with interacrive elements for the Like For Ever Blog. Both from the beatiful Keepsake Kit. On my first page I created envelopes so I can put my comments inside: on the second one, I used tags to hide or highlith my photos and comments: Love, P.J.

Inspired by the Advent posts of my talented teammates, this year’s cookie party cards I made with the goodies that come with the Cosy Toes kit. All five cards are a fun mixture of white cardstock, polka dots tulle, different embellishments and Crate Paper’s Hot Cocoa paper. I love how layers help add so much dimension to your project! Love, P.J.
Today there is no video tutorial, nor step by step images just an easy girly layout. Enjoy. Love, P.J.
