Hello everyone, this time I have chosen to make a sheet of 8.5×11 inch using Pebbles Jen Hadfield’s Patio Party collection. From this collection I have ordered the whole Pebbles Jen Hadfield’s Patio Party 12 x 12 Paper Pad with Foil Accents, because this paperpad you can use to document any occasion. After choosing the mint base, I cut out two banners with my Silhouette Cameo3. One from white cardstock and the other one from vellum. I did not want to put much decoration on my page, just continue with the mint color scheme. So I chose some elements of this color, like the Pebbles Patio Party Dimensional Butterflies or the Pebbles – Patio Party Dimensional Flower Stickers, and my absolutely favorite piece, the Pebbles – Patio Party Gold Safety Pinsthe safety pin. Finally I compiled my page in a way that I can put embellishments between the two layers as well. Love. P.J.
Today I brought you a 12×12 layout from Pink Paislee Wild Child Collection. I made this picture about my daughter, while she was playing with her uncle as if she were her uncle. Watching this scene I thought to make a layout about “Dreams and Possibilities”. “Possibilities has no limits”, that is why I chose this celestial paper: Pink Paislee, Wild Child Paper 9 and a dreamcatcher cutfile from Paige Taylor Evans. Once I finished to cut out all files with my Silhouette Cameo3, I started to design my page. This time I started to palce my dreamcather and then I added my photo. To complete my layout I decorated the dreamcather with Pink Paisley Ephemera Boy Cut Outs. Love, P.J.
I found some unscraped winter photos from last year. How could this happen? Immediate intervention was required. I was sure that I would like to use the Brrrr paper from American Crafts Sweater Weather collection as a background of my layout, and the cutfile that I made of Echo Park Snowflake (Design ID #23132) and Sophie Gallo (Design ID #66600). Finally I added some cute deatils from American Crafts Sweater Weather Ephemera Pack and the golden title. With this layout I participate in Pink and Paper Shop November Challenge. Love, P.J.
I wanted to make a very simple, very clean layout: Love, P.J.
This is my current favorite picture about my daughter and my current favorite poem about motherhood. The layout based on Wilna’s “Lesson in grace” mini workshop and I made it for Cocoloko’s Trio Challenge. Love, P.J.
I think we all agree that Wilna is our eternal inspiration. She was my first “international teacher” when I started scrapbooking, and time to time I feel I must return and create a layout in her style. First I made a background whit black chalkboard paint. Once the black paint was dry I added a soft pink paint layer. After that, I drew one of Wilna’s pattern whit my Silhouette sketh pen. It is very easy! You will follow the same steps as for a normal cut file, but at the end, in the ‘Cut Settings Window’ you will change from ‘cutting blade’ to ‘sketch pen’. Do not forget to load your pen before printing! Here you can find an official tutorial. The creative files I used from Wilna: BLOOM Collection and LEAVES Cut Files + Brushes. As a last step I adedd a little bit of color to freshen up my composition using Jot Magazine’s mood board as a color scheme. As a final touch I embellished my layout with Wilnas cut outs. Love, P.J.
After a beautiful vacation full of new experiences and inspirations, I am back to show you my last two quick and easy layouts: On the first layout I drew the title with Silhouette Sketch Pen, On the second one I made my own background stamping with Felicity Jane’s – Suse Fish – Happy Stamp. Love, P.J.
If someone asked my children, what they favourite activity is apart from playing, they would definitely say it is dancing. Black chalk paint, Felicity Jane Studio papers, flairs and some Pink Paislee buttons. The idea of papercut initial I borrowed from Suzy Taylor. You should go and check her beautiful handmade letters. Love, P.J.
